Meet Chris Chartier, founder and owner of Tri-Force Fitness. With over 25 years of experience in training and operating fitness facilities, Chris brings a deep level of expertise to every program. He holds more than 10 professional certifications, including three master-level certifications in biomechanics, youth fitness, and corrective exercise. Chris' background is further strengthened by extensive education in physical therapy principles, sport and exercise management, and comprehensive nutrition science, providing safe, effective, and results-driven coaching to clients of all ages and fitness levels.

Group Classes
These classes are coach-led strength training sessions where participants lift weights together in a supportive, structured environment designed to improve strength, form, and overall fitness. All fitness levels welcome. Nutritional guidance included.
Personal Training
One-on-one coaching designed around your individual goals, fitness level and needs, providing customized workouts, nutritional guidance, and ongoing accountability.
Youth Athlete Program
Program focuses on building explosive power, movement quality, and sport-specific strength to support athletic performance and long-term development.
Nutritional Counseling
Personalized nutrition plans designed to to fit your individual goals, grounded by expert knowledge and evidence-based strategies, with a focus on creating sustainable, long-term results.
